USAGERS DE L'EAU DU MORBIHAN-UEM défendre les intérêts des usagers de l'eau, la qualité des milieux aquatiques et de l'eau sous toutes ses formes, a cet effet elle réunit des individus, ou des personnes morales qui souhaitent s'engager et agir pour atteindre cet objectif, l'association exerce son action sur le territoire du Morbihan, sur les bassins versants y afférents, sur les interconnexions surface et sous sol et sur la zone maritime adjacente de la mer territorial, y compris sur les problèmes liés à la dés-salinisation.
