ARTISIAC favoriser l'essor des activités culturelles (ateliers théatre, arts plastiques), en milieu rural et défavorisé ; proposer et réaliser des projets culturels en partenariat avec les collectivités locales par l'intermédiaire d'ateliers et de troupes de théatre amateurs ; mettre à disposition des animateurs culturels professionnels ; création et développement d'une troupe de théatre amateur.
