I.C.R.A : INSTRUIRE, CULTIVER, RASSEMBLER, AGIR contribuer à l'éveil et l'éducation par la culture et la créativité, par des méthodes pédagogiques et ludique, notamment par la petite enfance ; organiser des manifestations à caractère culturelles et sportives ; sensibiliser le public à un engagement social actif, éveiller une conscience citoyenne chez les habitants du quartier de la forêt sur le plan théorique et pratique ; oeuvrer pour davantage de démocratie participative et s'insérer dans des débats de société principalement au niveau local afin de promouvoir le respect de la diversité culturelle et des opinions qui en découlent, favoriser les rencontres et les échanges intergénérationnels ; s'ouvrir sur d'autre acteurs sociaux (associations, institutions et organisations) d'horizons divers qui souhaitent travailler en partenariat sur la base de principes et d'objectifs communs.
