ARTSCMEX (ASSOCIATION REGROUPANT LES TALENTS DE LA SCENE, COURTS METRAGES, EXPOSANTS) promotion d'artistes confirmés ou non par la mise en relation des créateurs de culture pour promouvoir le cinéma et le spectacle vivant ; l'animation d'une web radio et d'une web tv pour sensibiliser notamment le public aux travaux des artistes membres ; l'organisation d'évènements et d'activités variés en lien avec le cinéma et le spectacle vivant ; le développement d'un réseau lié au milieu artistique au niveau local, national et international ; interventions en milieu scolaire et toute autre action servant l'objet de l'association ; organisation festival de Court-métrages itinérants.
