AFRIQUE ESPOIR contribuer à une meilleure intégration des étrangers en France ; assurer une médiation sociale auprès des familles africaines afin de les orienter vers les organismes et institutions concernés ; proposer aux jeunes des activités sportives et culturelles et d'éducation à la solidarité ; promouvoir la culture africaine (expositions artisanales et artistiques) ; soutenir des projets de développement en Afrique notamment ceux concernant l'éducation des jeunes ; réalisations d'infrastructures, renforcement de l'équipement scolaire, sportif et sanitaire ; formation professionnelle ; création d'activités génératrices de revenus.
