RIBAMBELLE promouvoir et développer la création culturelle, musicale et plastique auprès d'enfants et principalement d'enfants handicapés ou exclus par suite de difficultés d'ordre physique, mental, sensoriel ou social ; provoquer la création artistique par l'intermédiaire d'ateliers, aussi bien dans le cadre de l'éducation nationale que dans le cadre d'établissement spécialisé ; l'action de l'association pourra s'élargir à la formation du personnel d'encadrement pour lui permettre de poursuivre notre objectif.
