RAGGASTAR ASSOCIATION partenariat France-Europe (sensibilisation sur les besoins des jeunes avides de création nouvelle en milieu rural) ; études et évaluations des problèmes et besoins des jeunes artistes (danseur, peintre, chanteur (teuse), musicien, dj) ; création de local pour y accueillir les artistes en herbe afin de leur donner une structure de travail pour un meilleur épanouissement de leur art évolutif avec différents échanges culturels ; organisation de programmes de formation et d'insertion (atelier, séminaire, conférence...) ; organisation des excursions et rencontres d'échanges (voyages, partenariat) ; création et organisation des événements à thème (festival, foire, kermesse et rencontres sportives...).
