POUR LA FONDATION DE L'EXCELLENCE contribuer au développement et à la promotion du pôle scientifique et technologique du plateau de Saclay. A cet effet, l'association est une force de proposition auprès des pouvoirs publics et auprès du secteur privé en vue, notamment, de favoriser la rédaction d'un projet fédérateur et structurant réunissant des services performants destinés aux organismes déjà implantés ou à venir sur le plateau de Saclay.
