MOVE'ART favoriser la mixité culturelle et sociale par le biais de l'universalité de la pratique artistique ; organiser des ateliers d'initiation et de perfectionnement dans différents domaines artistiques ; accompagner les artistes en herbe dans leurs projets ; être un acteur dans la vie culturelle Havraise ; participer à la promotion d'une société multiculturelle en organisant des rencontres entre les différents quartiers par le biais des associations déjà actives ; favoriser la participation active des jeunes dans des projets en travaillant avec et pour eux.
