LES LIENS DE DEUX MAINS apporter une aide aux orphelinats, cette aide pouvant être financière, matérielle, ou autre. Seront prioritaires les orphelinats recevant peu ou pas d'aide de l'Etat. L'association orientera son action, dans un premier temps au Sri Lanka, pour s'étendre par la suite à d'autres pays où le besoin se fait sentir. Par ailleurs, l'association pourra apporter une aide aux enfants défavorisés du pays concerné.
