LA PLUME D'OR favoriser des manifestations culturelles de type théâtrales ou musicales au moyen de cours, spectacles ou concerts, privilégiant particulièrement les créations personnelles et/ou contemporaines ; son action vise spécialement les jeunes artistes pour les aider à se produire en favorisant leur rencontre entre les lieux ou structures d'accueil et l'artiste lui-même, tant au niveau national qu'international, enrichissant ainsi par son action le patrimoine culturel de tout un chacun, son apport concret étant essentiellement un soutien d'ordre administratif pour commencer.
