LA MAIN FRATERNELLE (LA MAFRAT) aide à la formation (comprenant aussi la scolarisation), à la création des petites entreprises pour permettre aux jeunes de se fixer sur leur terre du moins sur leur territoire ; elle pourra s'étendre au niveau des villes mais l'objectif final étant toujours de former et d'aider les jeunes à se prendre en charge ; compte tenu de la situation dans le monde, l'effort sera particulièrement soutenu en Afrique avec la possibilité de s'étendre sur d'autres continents.
