ITAK mettre en place une structure de réflexion et d'échanges en vue de définir les réponses à apporter à toutes les questions liées à l'émigration clandestine ; à plus long terme, l'association pourra orienter son objet vers la mise en relation des entreprises européennes et africaines afin de leur proposer une charte de bonne conduite ainsi qu'un programme d'investissement ; l'incitation des travailleurs européens à consentir les plus larges efforts pour l'emploi et la réinsertion dans leur pays d'origine des travailleurs clandestins et/ou candidats à l'émigration clandestine.
