ETOILE AU GRAND LARGE servir de structure à un projet d'expédition dans l'Himalaya durant l'été 2014, dans un premier temps, puis ensuite servir de structure à tout projet similaire organisé par des raiders scouts, qui pourront ainsi bénéficier d'une structure associative, des retours d'expérience et d'un réseau personnel et associatif tissé au cours des projets ; la structure associative inclura un compte bancaire afin de permettre les dons destinés à soutenir les projets et les différentes transactions financières liées aux projets.
