BIKOUKE créer un échange culturel entre la France et la Congo Brazzaville ; soutenir financièrement le Congo au projet de construction d'écoles maternelles et élémentaires ; aider les familles qui ont de jeunes enfants mais aussi être auprès de la population les plus vulnérables ; trouver des équipements en mobilier bibliothèques matériaux pédagogiques et des vêtements ; encourager la communauté à participer activement à la vie et à la gestion de l'école tout en respectant leurs cultures.
