ASSOCIATION INTERMEDIAIRE POUR L'AIDE A L'INSERTION DES DEMANDEURS D'EMPLOI (INTERMAIDE) aider à l'insertion sociale et professionnelle des demandeurs d'emploi en difficulté ; pour ce faire Intermaide recherche des missions auprès de personnes physiques ou morales ; elle les propose aux demandeurs inscrits à l'occasion en les rémunérant ; ceux-ci bénéficient d'un accompagnement social et professionnel et, dans la mesure du possible, de temps de formation ; par ailleurs, Intermaide pourra s'investir dans tout projet visant les mêmes finalités, y compris les projets qui nécessitent une prise de participation dans une société.
