ASSOCIATION DES PARENTS D'ELEVES DE L'ENSEIGNEMENT PUBLIC P.E.E.P DE LA CITE SCOLAIRE DE BIARRITZ contribuer au maintien des principes laïques de neutralité scolaire, d'objectivité et de tolérance sur lesquels repose l'enseignement public ; étudier toute question qui concerne l'intérêt des élèves de l'enseignement public et de leurs familles au point de vue moral, intellectuel et matériel et poursuivre l'application des conclusions de ces études ; faciliter les rapports entre les parents, le corps enseignant et les autorités dans le ressort de l'association ; assurer la représentation des familles dans les conseils et organismes existants ; apporter son concours aux administrations en vue d'améliorer les conditions de la vie scolaire des élèves ; promouvoir et gérer (directement ou en participation), dans l'intérêt des élèves et de leurs familles, tous organismes à caractère éducatif, culturel, sportif ou social.
