ASSOCIATION DES ACHETEURS DES PRODUITS DE LA PECHE (A.A.P.P.) accomplir toutes actions de nature à améliorer ou favoriser les activités des acheteurs des produits de la mer ; à cet effet, pour maintenir l'offre des produits de la pêche aux acheteurs locaux, elle peut favoriser l'achat de bateaux de pêche, en France ou à l'étranger, dont la production sera offerte à la vente sur le port de Concarneau par voie d'acquisition de parts de bateaux de pêche, de souscription directe ou indirecte au capital des sociétés propriétaires de bateaux de pêche ; elle peut, par suite de cette prise d'intérêts, consentir des avances en compte d'associés, des prêts ou des commodats de numéraires.
