CEMI : UN COEUR POUR LES NATIONS aider, soutenir toutes personnes en difficulté et détresse familiale, sociale; aider et soutenir les familles en détresse (femmes et enfants battus, en souffrances physiques, psychologiques et sociales) ; rétablir un réseau social des personnes en détresse familiale et sociale; héberger, restaurer les sans abris; aider les sans abris pour leurs réinsertions dans la société; visiter les prisonniers; création de centre spécialisé pour les enfants abandonnés; création d'orphelinats; création d'un centre mère-enfant (accueil et hébergement des mères en difficulté ou en détresse sociale et financière; mise en place d'un soutien pour la réinsertion de ces mères et enfants dans le réseau social de la société).
